
A great chicken salad to spread on crackers, to make a melted chicken salad sandwich or top a green salad!
Ingredients:
12 oz Shredded Cooked Chicken or Tuna - light chop (Egg Salad - Substitute 6-8 hardboiled eggs)
½-3/4 Cup Mayonnaise to preferred consistency
¼ -1/2 Cup Hot-N-Sweet Jalapeno Relish
1 oz Chopped Pecans
½ Cup Grapes (halved)
¼ Cup Dried Cherries or Raisins
½ Tsp Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Combine and mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
